Three oddball travesty artists are fed up with not being properly appreciated by the spoilt audiences of the metropolis of Sydney. So the young gay men Tick and Adam, together with the ageing transsexual Bernadette, set off on a bus journey through the Australian outback in search of the ultimate challenge.
